Heating & Cooling Service in Creve Coeur, MO

Creve Coeur is close-in, just east of Chesterfield along Olive Boulevard, and it's one of the steadiest sources of HVAC calls in West County. Breeze Heating Cooling serves Creve Coeur with furnace repair and installation, AC repair and new AC systems, heat pump service, smart thermostats, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality work — free estimates, upfront pricing, and the owner on the job.

Creve Coeur homes, Creve Coeur problems

Creve Coeur has a mix that keeps us busy: established neighborhoods with homes from the 1950s through the 1980s, alongside newer infill and condos near the Olive corridor. The older homes are where the patterns show up — original ductwork that was never meant for today's equipment, furnaces that have been patched through one too many winters, and air conditioners that run all summer but never quite keep up on the hottest days. We also see a lot of homes here where a previous owner added a room or finished a basement without touching the duct system, so one part of the house is always a few degrees off.

Because Creve Coeur is close and dense, we're often already nearby when a call comes in — which matters on a no-heat night in January or a no-cool afternoon in July, when waiting until tomorrow isn't a real option.

Straight answers, no pressure

Bob, the owner, handles jobs himself and doesn't pay anyone on commission. If your furnace just needs a part, we'll tell you that and fix it. If it's at the point where repairs are throwing good money after bad, we'll show you the math and let you decide — including whether you may qualify for up to $300 back through Spire on a new high-efficiency furnace. Ask if you qualify. New equipment carries a 10-year warranty and our labor is guaranteed for 3 years, and we're rated 4.8 stars by homeowners across West County.
