Des Peres homes, Des Peres problems

Des Peres homes tend to be well-kept and comfortable — which is exactly why the heating and cooling complaints here are about comfort, not crisis. A bedroom wing that never matches the rest of the house. A finished lower level that stays damp in summer. A system that keeps the temperature right but leaves the air feeling dry in winter and sticky in July. These are airflow, zoning, and humidity problems, and they're fixable — usually without replacing a system that still has life in it.

When replacement is the right call, it's usually because the equipment has aged out, not because someone talked a homeowner into it. Bob will show you that math plainly, including whether you may qualify for up to $300 back through Spire on a high-efficiency furnace. Ask if you qualify.

Straight answers, no pressure

Bob, the owner, handles jobs himself and doesn't pay anyone on commission. If a system can be repaired honestly, we repair it; if replacement is the smarter money, we'll walk you through the options and let you decide. New equipment is covered by a 10-year warranty, our labor by a 3-year guarantee, and your neighbors across West County rate us 4.8 stars.

Because Des Peres is so close to our Chesterfield base, a no-heat or no-cool call here usually gets a same-day response.
